About Orders That Can't Be Changed

If an order is marked as "Complete," it is being prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department.

If your order has shipped and cannot be modified, you may refuse the package or return it by doing Return to Sender.

If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund.
