Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel items or orders that haven't shipped by Contact Us or via our toll free Customer Support line.

After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.

You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting My Orders. If you see Closed under Order Status, it was successfully cancelled.

If your order shipped and cannot be modified, you may refuse the package or return to sender.
