S.S. Vape®'s Lifetime Warranty is limited to Victory™ devices and S.S. Vape® branded products. All other products (e.g. tanks, atomizer, e-liquid, etc.) are exempt from this Lifetime Warranty.
Eligibility for repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, or modified or repaired by anyone other than SS Vape, LLC are not eligible for exchange. If a product ever fails we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
Warranty does not cover lost, stolen, defaced, or willfully damaged units. Warranty also does not cover units with the S.S. Vape® or Victory™ logo sanded off or not visible. In the event that the product does not have an S.S. Vape® or Victory™ logo visible please keep your receipt or record your online order number for Warranty redemption. If there is no logo or receipt and we are unable to verify that it your product was purchased from S.S. Vape® we will assist in a repair but will not be able to replace the item.
In the event that your S.S. Vape® electronic cigarette device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow these easy steps:
1. Call S.S. Vape® Customer Support (877-505-0896) so that we may troubleshoot the issue and authorize your item for warranty replacement if necessary. Please provide the S.S. Vape® representative a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device and/or its components. All of this information is required to process your return request. It is also helpful to have your original order number on hand.
2. If it is determined that your product requires replacement, you will need to ship the item to SS Vape LLC., ATTN: Returns, 100 E Main Street, Suite 1, Westminster, MD 21157. Securely package your item(s) and include within your package a copy of your Support Ticket.
3. Choose a return method.
- Option A - Use the return shipping label provided by your S.S. Vape Customer Support representative.
If you are using a S.S. Vape Return Label, remove the label and affix it to your package. Print and enclose a copy of your Support Ticket. Return the package to any USPS office or carrier. S.S. Vape covers all return fees.
- Option B - Use a shipping carrier of your choice.
If you are returning through a shipping carrier of your choice, select ground service and insure the item for full value of the merchandise being returned and require an adult signature. Remember to include a copy of your Support Ticket. Send your package to SS Vape LLC., ATTN: Returns, 100 E Main Street, Suite 1, Westminster, MD 21157. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
SS Vape, LLC cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Please do not send any product to us unless you have spoken to a S.S. Vape representative first. This can lead to confusion and may result in the loss of your item, and therefore the forfeiture of your replacement.
Our products are covered under warranty, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime.
